Weldon is offering a traineeship at our Early Learning Centre in Baulkham Hills no experience or qualification required
Who are we?
We're Weldon Children's Services, better known as Weldon. We are a not-for-profit provider of Early that educates, cares, and supports children and families.
We educate, excite, and engage children before and after school and have memorable holidays. We use evidence-backed positive psychology and wellbeing to educate and care for children, their families, school, and local community.

Does this sound like you?
We're looking for someone who is:
- Genuinely interested in working with children
- Willing to study a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education while working
- Enthusiastic, reliable, and a team player
- Holds or is willing to obtain a Working with Children Check
- Equally comfortable building relationships with children, families, school principals, and their team

- National Police Check
- Preferred: a qualification in education, children's services, and/or an appropriate equivalent, or you are currently working towards completion of a qualification
