Long established family-owned Gold Coast development company requires a Site Supervisor with extensive experience in end-to-end site management of high-end luxury houses and low rise developments.

Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has become available for highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team for an immediate start.

An excellent salary will be offered based on your proven experience and qualifications. We are on the lookout for someone with hands-on experience and capable of management tasks.

The role:

  • Day-to-day running of the site
  • Engaging, vetting, directing, and managing subcontractors leading the team in achieving project milestones;
  • Co-ordinate the relationship between various subcontractors and ensure that subcontractors carry work out safely and efficiently Plan and schedule for adequate labour;
  • Ability to follow and maintain a construction program;
  • Ensure compliance with all necessary government and safety regulations;
  • Ensure the quality of the job meets the standards expected, the project is built as per design and specification, organise completion of defect works promptly;
  • Ensure that the site is run to the highest level of safety Provide up-to-date reporting on all aspects of the job;
  • Develop and monitor progress of works and ensure all trades are coordinating with each other.

The ideal candidate:

  • Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in high-end luxury houses construction, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget;
  • Ability to demonstrate past projects delivered Trade background in Building and Construction;
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes;
  • A strong sense of initiative and can-do attitude and excellent leadership and skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team;
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
