Due to rapid and ongoing growth, LJ Hooker city is on the lookout for an enthusiastic, proactive, and professional Front of House & Administration Assistant to join our friendly and high-performing team.

As part of a busy and successful LJ Hooker franchise located in the heart of the city, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our main reception area, supporting our teams across Residential Sales, Property Management, Project Marketing, and Strata Management.

You'll be the face of our office the first point of contact for clients, contractors, and visitors ensuring every interaction is handled with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional front-of-house service as the first point of contact for all clients, service providers, and contractors
  • Manage and direct all incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence
  • Support the smooth operation of office administration including file management, mail distribution, banking, and stock control
  • Coordinate key sign-in/sign-out processes for contractors and trades
  • Maintain a tidy and professional reception and meeting room environment
  • Assist with data entry, document preparation, and general administrative support for the wider team
  • Contribute to a positive and team-focused office culture
