Full-Time Medical Receptionist – Brighton (ENT Specialist Practice)
Join our friendly, professional team in a small specialist ENT surgical practice in Brighton. We're seeking an experienced medical receptionist who is friendly, punctual, and enjoys working in a supportive environment.
About You:
- Experience in private medical rooms (surgical preferred) minimum 1 year
- Punctual, friendly, and reliable
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work both independently and in a team
- Genie experience preferred
- Australian work rights required for this position
Details:
- Full time with one RDO per fortnight
- Monday–Friday, between 8:00 am–6:00 pm (no weekends)
- On-site undercover parking is provided
- Close to North Brighton Station
- Above-award pay, based on experience $32-$40 per hour
- Immediate start
Duties include:
Reception, patient billing and quoting, theatre bookings, correspondence, sterilising instruments, and audio typing (intermediate level audio typing proficiency required)
