About the role:

  • Advise on all aspects of insolvency (reconstructions, workouts and formal appointments), securities enforcement, risk management, banking and finance and commercial litigation.
  • Act for listed and unlisted companies, accounting firms and other clients in commercial disputes across the manufacturing, distribution, retail, property, pharmaceutical and transport sectors.
  • Regular appearances in the Federal and Supreme Courts
  • Collaborate across offices on multi-jurisdictional matters

The ideal candidate:

  • 2+ years' post-admission experience in commercial litigation and/or insolvency and restructuring
  • Strong academic achievements are essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident managing files, deadlines, and competing priorities
  • Practical, commercially minded, and client-focused
  • Comfortable working both independently and within a team
