About Us:
Paintseal Australia is a leader in providing premium protective solutions for vehicles and caravans, specializing in Gen4 Ceramic Coatings, recognized for their superior quality and used by leading industry professionals, including NASA and Boeing. We are seeking motivated Caravan Show Sales Support & Customer Service Representatives to join our team and represent our brand at major caravan shows across Australia.

About the Role:
This is a commission-based contractor role, ideal for driven sales professionals who enjoy engaging with customers and maximizing their earnings. If you have an active ABN and a passion for sales, we provide everything you need to succeed, including full training, a guaranteed day rate, and comprehensive travel support.

What We Offer:

  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $4,000 – $20,000 per month.
  • Caravan show retainer: $400 per day (includes food allowance).
  • All travel expenses covered, including flights, accommodation, and car hire/taxi services.
  • Comprehensive training in paint protection sales, insurance, and warranty sales.
  • The opportunity to travel Australia while growing your career in a fun and exciting industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and sales support at caravan shows across Australia.
  • Educate customers on our premium products, including paint protection, insurance, and warranty solutions.
  • Confidently close sales and maximize commission opportunities.
  • Ensure a professional and engaging presence at all events.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience (must-have), with a preference for aftermarket sales experience.
  • Must hold an active ABN to qualify for this contractor role.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Availability to travel nationwide to caravan shows.
