About the Role

You'll manage daily workshop operations, servicing and repairing the local fleet units including Kenworth, Mack, Volvo, Isuzu, and UD. From diagnostics to maintenance, your expertise ensures our vehicles stay road-ready and reliable. This role is critical to maintaining service excellence and customer satisfaction across the region.

What We're Looking For

  • Certificate III in Heavy Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent)
  • Experience in heavy vehicle repairs and maintenance
  • Strong leadership and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to upholding safety standards
  • Commitment to Complying with all relevant industry legislation and consistently follow all workplace procedures and policies.
  • Ability to work in a wider depot team environment where communication and transparency are key
