Loan Writer- South Sydney

ZT Finance are looking to grow their team. We are an independent finance brokerage firm who are provide great customer service and fast and flexible finance. We assist clients with all types of lending including residential, commercial, SMSF and equipment finance. Based in South Sydney, we are currently seeking an experienced Loan Writer with credit experience to join our dynamic and growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your career within Residential Lending.

This is an office-based role.

As a loan Writer, you will be;

 Communicating directly with Customers, lenders and other relevant stakeholders

 Processing and completing credit submissions for all types of loan applications

 Following the loan from initial assessment, through to settlement.

 Working with a high attention to detail on various systems and platforms

 Managing a pipeline and adhering to relevant deadlines

To be successful in this role, you will need;

 Minimum 12 months Experience working in a Loan writing/ credit assessment capacity

 End to end home loan processing experience

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills

 Strong attention to detail.

 The ability to work in a fast-paced environment

 A problem-solving attitude and great time management skills

If you are successful, you will receive;

 A full-time role, working Monday to Friday, between 8:30 am to 5pm

 A fantastic working environment, located in South Sydney
