What will you do?

We are looking for you to assist our team in providing solutions for our wide client and candidate base. We offer an alternative approach to a traditional consulting firm and proudly assist our clients with a variety of business transformation and consultative project solutions. This role is ideal for ambitious, entrepreneurial recruitment and/or business development professionals looking to leverage their technical skills, ability to build rapport and to identify business challenges faced by C-Suite and Business Owners. If you have strong desire to run your own consulting business with the support and tools of a multinational organization that is invested in your success, this could be the opportunity for you.

You are open-minded, curious and hard-working. You will enjoy working in partnership with colleagues across the business in a high performing environment and want to pursue a career in a consultative and solution orientated business. You are a critical thinker who can make quick decisions with determination to find the best outcome for all. Ideally, you have experience working in business development, sales or a recruitment solutions-oriented role.

• Articulate, succinct, confident, credible and influential in person and via phone/video

• Demonstrates a high level of knowledge in regard to business solutions pertaining to financial strategy, industry knowledge, business trends and talent solutions

• Demonstrate a sense of urgency, and experienced in dealing with pressure, tight deadlines and meeting client expectations

• Strong desire to succeed, demonstrate determination and resilience

• Business development experience is a plus

• Strongly motivated by achieving personal and clients' financial goals

• Demonstrates entrepreneurial spirit
