Due to continued growth, permanent full-time positions now exist.

This role is very diverse, and you will be required to assist with the installation, maintenance, and construction of advertising signage from Cairns, through to Brisbane and out west to Mount Isa .   As part of the position, your meals, transport, and accommodation are company-paid and provided.

Key responsibilities:

  • Detailed preparation of billboard skins and equipment for each installation run
  • Installation of billboard structures and skins
  • Working at heights between 2 and 10 metres
  • Maintenance tasks such as painting, clearing vegetation, rust removal
  • Appropriately use ladders, hand/power tools, and other equipment as required
  • Work flexibly around start and finish times
  • Produce a high standard of WHS practice across the area of responsibility

Successful completion of a 6-month probationary period will see you receive a $5,000 probation bonus and you will transition to a 9-day fortnight company perk

The ideal candidates will be proven to be reliable and motivated, have a strong team & work ethic, positive and optimistic outlook, available to be away for periods of time and physical endurance.

The following pre-requisites that are required for the role:

  • MR license & or HR truck driving experience desirable
  • forklift license
  • welding certificate (or hands on proven experience)
  • current construction blue card
  • first aid certificate,
  • working at heights (or able to obtain).
