This role is ideal for someone who's ready to trade the heat and heavy lifting for an office chair but still wants to stay connected to the technical side of air conditioning industry.

You'll join a respected, stable company where your practical experience is valued every single day. Instead of working on-site, you'll be the go-to expert supporting technicians across Australia, helping them troubleshoot and solve problems — all from the comfort of an air-conditioned office.

About the Role

Join MHIAA's Technical Support team and use your know-how to:

  • Provide phone-based technical support for air conditioning systems nationwide.
  • Assist with spare parts, commissioning, and warranty claims.
  • Share your field knowledge through training and diagnostics support.
  • Take on some light admin and data analysis — no heavy lifting required.

About You
