The opportunity

Supa F Series Spares', a leading automotive parts retailer, is seeking an experienced Automotive Spare Parts Sales Person to join their North Lakes, Queensland team. This full-time position is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a thriving business within the Automotive Trades industry.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical advice to both retail and trade customers
  • Process sales transactions, handle cash and electronic payments, and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Source and order parts from suppliers to fulfil customer requests in a timely manner
  • Liaise with the workshop and mechanics to understand their parts requirements
  • Assist with stock management, including receiving, storing, and maintaining inventory
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in automotive spare parts sales or a similar customer-facing role
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of vehicle makes, models, and parts
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to provide technical advice
  • Proficient in using computer systems and inventory management software
  • A positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
  • Passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to continuous learning
