von Bibra Auto Group are a multi-franchised Group of dealerships located on the Gold Coast and is now seeking a Costing Clerk/Service Assistant to join their servicing team located in Southport.

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Costing Clerk / Service Assistant to support our busy service department. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with numbers, and takes pride in delivering accurate, timely administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately calculate service and parts rates
  • Finalise workshop jobs and generate invoices for retail and warranty repairs
  • Raise and process repair orders using correct terminology
  • Adjust pricing to match quotes via Super Service or CPS
  • Maintain service and customer records in line with warranty requirements
  • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Track and respond to factory recalls and announcements
  • Order and return head units/radios; maintain tracking spreadsheets
  • Contact customers to rebook missed appointments
  • Support the Service Manager with general administration tasks

What We're Looking For

  • Prior experience in administration or customer service is highly regarded.
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • High attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Calm, reliable, and professional under pressure
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
