We're looking for an experienced administrator to join our team at Central Highlands
Toyota, a multi franchise dealership in the role of Warranty Clerk & Administrator.
About the Role
As our Warranty Clerk, your main responsibility will be processing and managing warranty claims with accuracy and efficiency. You'll liaise with manufacturers, customers, and technicians, manage costing for repairs, and maintain accurate records. This is a fast-paced role that involves juggling competing priorities while keeping the customer at the centre of everything you do.
Key Responsibilities
- Compile and submit warranty claims in line with manufacturer guidelines
- Maintain accurate and legible records of all claims
- Reconcile claims monthly
- Submit transport and hidden damage claims
- Keep organised records of correspondence, technical bulletins, and service letters
- Complete repair order costings and assist with department costing tasks
- Report customer complaints or operational issues to the Service Manager
What You'll Need
- Previous administration experience, (preferred but not essential)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping ability
- Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks
- High computer literacy
- Confidence working both autonomously and in a team
- Automotive industry knowledge (preferred but not essential)
