The Role & Who We Are Looking For

Due to an internal promotion, PFX Group is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join their dynamic SiOP team to provide everyday data entry support to our production and manufacturing team.

Based in our Lytton (Brisbane) Head Office, the ideal candidate will have strong administration and communication skills (across multi-platforms), great attention to detail and enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced environment.  Previous experience with D365 and excelled typing speed is an advantage.

Your Duties include, but not limited to:

  • Processing manufacturing orders to update inventory
  • Assisting with processing intercompany transfer receipting
  • Assisting with processing company stocktake counts
  • Ad-hoc administration duties for the SiOP Team

Ideally you will have:

  • Previous experience in an administrative data entry position Minimum 2 years' experience working as a data entry clerk or officer.  Excellent typing speed.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), experience within D365 environment is an advantage.
  • Experience or willingness to work in a fast-paced environment working to strict deadlines
  • High level of attention to detail, problem solving and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication, time management and multi-tasking skills
  • A proactive, dependable and solutions focused approach
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction
