About the role

In this role, you will
  • Conduct credit reviews and portfolio assessments, applying sound judgement and commercial awareness
  • Provide objective assurance on credit decisioning, portfolio quality and risk processes
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across Risk and the business
  • Contribute to clear, high-quality reporting that supports governance and continuous improvement
  • Champion collaboration and support knowledge sharing across the broader team
We're looking for people who
  • Have been on a career break for two years or more
  • Hold permanent Australian working rights
  • Bring experience in a Line 1 or Line 2 credit risk role in Commercial, Corporate or Institutional Banking (typically three years or more)
  • Communicate clearly and confidently, with strong influencing and relationship-building skills
  • Are motivated, curious and eager to continue learning and growing
