About The Role
We're seeking a highly motivated Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Advisor to be our driving force behind a more inclusive, equitable and socially responsible workplace. In this role, you will guide the implementation of our DE&I Strategy and sub-strategies, partnering with leaders across the business to embed inclusive practices and deliver meaningful and measurable impact.
The ideal candidate is collaborative, passionate, and brings strong project management skills paired with a positive and proactive attitude.
This is a
permanent, full-time position
and can be located in either Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Auckland or Wellington.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Influence & Implementation: Lead and embed our DE&I strategy and programs, partner with regional and global teams to implement initiatives, and support Oceania DE&I Working Groups and Employee Engagement Groups in delivering programs and campaigns.
- Data, Reporting & Insights: Analyse employee demographics to guide strategic decisions, support reporting requirements including WGEA, AWEI, RAP, ADN, and the Māori & Pasifika Inclusion Strategy, and stay informed on legislative and policy changes related to DE&I and social responsibility.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Advocacy: Build and connect a network of diversity advocates across the organisation, engage stakeholders to design and deliver cultural and social impact initiatives, and represent Fujitsu at client and industry events to promote our DE&I commitments.
Requirements And Experience
- Proven experience in DE&I, community engagement, or corporate social responsibility.
- Experience working with diverse communities, including First Nations peoples.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple initiatives.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Comfortable using data to set priorities and evaluate impact.
- Proficient in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint) and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
