About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Distribution Operator to join our Hismile Warehouse team. This role will be responsible for leading day-to-day distribution operations, with a strong focus on stock management and retail distribution. You'll oversee the movement of inventory, ensure accurate and timely dispatches, and support the team in maintaining an organised and efficient warehouse environment. If you're proactive, detail-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced setting, this role would be suitable for you

Key Responsibilities

1. Stock Management

  • Handling inbound & outbound stock
  • Loading and unloading stock from trucks
  • Product stock-take

2. Packing Retail Orders

  • Packing and wrapping palettes
  • Transporting pallets to trucks
  • Labelling pallets

3. Physical labour

  • Loading and unloading stock
  • Operating loading dock
  • General warehouse maintenance

Skills & Experience

Previous warehouse experience

Forklift license

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
