About your opportunity:
In this position you will;
Develop and maintain a clinical governance, governance framework for nursing and midwifery staff and a learning/enquiring culture to ensure the provision of high quality, safe patient care.
Collaborate with and support Nursing and Midwifery Directors to achieve CHHHS strategic and operational goals and key performance indicators related to nursing and midwifery services.
Lead the strategic advice, coordination and development of policy, regulation and guidelines for professional nursing and midwifery programs and initiatives.
