AMIGA Montessori is a family-run organisation experiencing rapid growth in the childcare sector. We currently operate 16 centres (and counting) dedicated to providing high-quality education and care for children aged 6 weeks to six years in purpose-built facilities. Our holistic approach draws on Montessori principles—practical life, sensory experiences, mathematics, culture, and language—and aligns with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

About the Role

Our Mt Waverley centre is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Early Childhood Teacher to join our dedicated team. In this role, you'll inspire children through engaging learning experiences, foster meaningful relationships with families, and support a culture of excellence in early education.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate Diploma, Bachelor or Masters in Early Childhood Education
  • Current VIT registration
  • Organised and proactive, with strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Montessori training or experience (highly desirable, but not essential)
