Are you an experienced, dedicated and professional trainer who is highly passionate about achieving successful student outcomes for the community services industry? We are an established registered training organisation. We are currently undergoing exciting business expansion and are subsequently looking for a trainer to deliver our Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.

The role:

· Facilitate end-to-end training and assessment in the relevant discipline, including coordinating and supporting student work placement learning

· Execute training and assessment strategies for the relevant discipline

· Work with a diverse range of students with varying learning requirements

· Develop individual learning plans

· Conduct face-to-face and remote training delivery as needed

· Actively develop positive relationships with our students and industry partners

· Assist in the coordination of student placements

Our requirements:

· Relevant qualifications in the industry discipline, preferably Certificate III and above in early childhood education and care

· Certificate iv in training and assessment (tae40110) including the taelln411 and taeass502 units or (tae40116) is essential

· Current engagement in industry

· Relevant practical industry experience

· Knowledge of ASQA/VRQA compliance requirements

· Clear working with children check and police check

· Reliable transport
