About the role

Blinds & Curtains Australia is seeking a full-time experienced Blinds, Curtains Installer/Carpenter/Labourer to join our team in Condell Park, NSW.

This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of a variety of window coverings, especially blinds and curtains. The successful candidate will work as part of a dedicated team and play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

  • Measuring and installing a range of window coverings including blinds, curtains etc
  • Performing minor carpentry tasks such as constructing frames and mounting fixtures
  • Maintaining and knowledge of using manual and electric tools and equipment is a must
  • Providing exceptional customer service and liaising with clients
  • Adhering to all safety procedures and regulations
  • Assisting with general labouring duties as required

What we're looking for

  • Must have experience with hand and power tools
  • One year previous experience or in a similar construction/installation role
  • Strong practical skills and ability to read and understand work orders
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work as part of a team
  • A valid driver's licence
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
