  • Building strong relationships with our clients and external suppliers
  • Managing project teams and external suppliers to deliver on key project milestones
  • Facilitating project and weekly team meetings
  • Creating project scopes, budgets and timelines
  • Scheduling and managing workflows
  • Working with Production suppliers to develop shoot plans and call sheets
  • Managing the creation and dispatch of campaign creative for approved media schedules
  • Office Support includes managing the day-to-day running of the office and coordinating team social events
  • Facilitating QA Testing of key digital projects and supporting with content population using our Tank CMS
  • Supporting the Development team with maintaining and managing our clients' websites, including reviewing Analytics and developing reports outlining key user insights
  • Working with the team to develop Digital Roadmaps for our existing clients
  • EOM billing/ reporting

Programs you'll be working in:

  • SmartSheets (or similar media scheduling programs)

What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years experience in Account Management or Digital Project Management
  • Full-time position, based out of our office in Brisbane
