The Role

This role is tailor-made for a detail-oriented Property Manager who excels in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to providing outstanding client care. You will be responsible for managing a varied portfolio of properties located in the Redbank Plains and Ipswich area. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting routine inspections, preparing detailed entry and exit condition reports, managing lease renewals, and handling QCAT documentation and attendance as needed. You'll also oversee property advertising and application processing (with assistance provided), coordinate maintenance and builder handovers, and respond promptly and professionally to tenant inquiries, complaints, and emergencies.

Enjoy a balanced hybrid work schedule—Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM—with no weekend work required, giving you the freedom to maintain your personal commitments.

The Ideal Candidate

• We're searching for a self-motivated, enthusiastic individual who approaches challenges proactively and isn't afraid to think outside the box. The ideal candidate will bring:
• A current Queensland Real Estate License
• At least 2 years of hands-on property management experience
• Familiarity with PropertyMe and Inspect Real Estate is a plus, but not essential
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A sharp eye for detail and professional presentation
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional client service and building strong tenant and owner relationships
