About the Role
The Manager, OD leads the design and implementation of organisational development programs including diversity and inclusion and training, across the agency that builds capability and organisational effectiveness. 
This role is also responsible for ensuring that the strategies, programs and initiatives are innovative, adopt best practice and foster an open, diverse and inclusive environment whilst meeting our legislative, reporting and policy requirements.

The role is a Temporary Full-time position till 31st October

  • Running and regulating elections
  • Communicating and engaging with current and future voters, key NSW community stakeholders and NSW election participants; and
  • Investigating possible offences and enforcing electoral and lobbying laws such as the Electoral Act 2017 and the Electoral Funding Act 2018.

Key knowledge, experience and essential requirements

  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge in design, development and delivery of learning and development strategies and programs and experience in a complex organisation. 
  • Significant experience related to human resources, organisational design, diversity and inclusion or related disciplines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, consultation, negotiation, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience in related disciplines.
  • Politically neutral with no affiliation to political parties or lobbyists/campaigners.
  • Satisfactory criminal Record check result.
