About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Haircare Sales Assistant to join the team at our Price Cutters' stores in Hobart and Eastlands, TAS 7000. We have full-time, part time and casual positions available where you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of our premium haircare ranges.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting customers with product selection and providing expert advice on haircare solutions
  • Maintaining high standards of store presentation and product merchandising
  • Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Restocking shelves and ensuring the store is always well-stocked
  • Contributing to the achievement of sales targets and KPIs
  • Providing a friendly and welcoming environment for all customers

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably within the haircare or beauty industry
  • Strong product knowledge and the ability to provide knowledgeable advice to customers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain high standards of store presentation
  • A positive, energetic and customer-focused attitude
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
