Not Just Bras is looking for a creative, inspiring, dedicated team member in our Hobart store as a casual employee. (Approximately 20 hours per week – includes every Monday and alternate Saturdays. Additional hours to be negotiated at interview)

What we're looking for:

An employee who can support their manager and inspire a team to love where they work and create happy, satisfied customers. Our ideal candidate should have retail experience in the fashion industry and must have a passion for customer service.

Minimum 2+ years of fashion retail experience is required.

A natural team player who can make customers feel at home and enjoy sharing the skills learned in previous retail environments with their new team. Help to create a happy and successful store environment that welcomes and excites our customers each time they walk through our doors. You must have a positive outlook on life.

Essentials:

  • Fashion retail know-how with hands-on experience
  • A solid team working track record.
  • Reliability, warmth and enthusiasm.
  • The proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Australian work rights are required for this position.

A typical day:

As a valued team member, you will work with the team to achieve successful results every day. You have a clear understanding that our success rests with our customers. You'll work to help your team achieve targets, create a welcoming atmosphere, demonstrate efficiency with happy team members and our valued customers is a daily necessity.
