Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Position Type: Casual employment

Reports to: Production and Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description:

  • Execute production tasks with speed and precision, consistently meeting and exceeding set quotas.
  • Take the initiative to streamline operations, actively seeking ways to enhance productivity.
  • Assemble and prepare products and shipments with a meticulous eye, ensuring the highest quality.
  • Collaborate with your team to ensure production targets and timelines are surpassed.
  • Maintain a proactive approach, always looking for ways to improve the process and solve problems.
  • Contribute to a culture driven by progress and achievement, where every day is an opportunity for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Driven by results, with a record of meeting and surpassing production goals.
  • A forward-thinker, eager to take the initiative and lead by example.
  • Motivated by progress and personal achievement in a fast-paced setting.
  • Adept at problem-solving and process optimization.
  • Capable of working both independently and as an integral team member.
  • Previous experience in warehouse operations, with a willingness to adapt and tackle a variety of tasks.
  • Physically fit to manage warehouse duties, including lifting up to 30 kgs.
  • Ready to work in varying temperatures in non-climate controlled areas.
