Warehouse Associate

Are you an ambitious warehouse, production associate or pick-packer looking for a role with growth potential? We are looking for an Order Fulfilment and Production Coordinator to join our team The role is responsible for the efficient, accurate and timely dispatch of orders, as well as daily production tasks. You will receive training and development.

**Responsibilities**
- Work with the Production and Warehouse Supervisor to ensure the timely fulfilment of orders.
- Oversee the picking and packing of orders, and step in when necessary.
- Use shipping platforms to fulfil orders, and create fulfilment reports.
- Maintain a clean and well-organised order fulfilment station.
- Develop the skills to train new staff on the pick-packing process.
- Ensure that customer-ready orders are organised appropriately in the warehouse, ready for pickup.
- Meet couriers throughout the day
- Report on the status of orders
- Operate filling machinery and box construction as needed.

**You Will Possess**
- Minimum 6 months manufacturing, warehouse or pick-packing experience.
- Exceptional organisation skills
- Strong communication skills
- Eager to learn and receive training
- Strong attention to detail
- A good level of physical strength and fitness.
- Eager to learn and ambitious

**Salary**: $44,050.06 - $60,347.76 per year
