Job Description

We are seeking a proven engineer to join our water team in Rockhampton.

In this role, you will be part of a tight-knit and industry leading team focusing on the delivery of water resources projects, particularly in the areas of flood risk assessment and management, hydrological and hydraulic modelling.

This is an opportunity work with a variety of specialists across the business within Northern Queensland, the Northern Territory and beyond on key community changing projects. How you'll make a difference

  • Work on a variety of projects, delivering flood risk assessment and management studies, hydrological and hydraulic modelling support whilst focusing on technical excellence.
  • High quality technical and non-technical report writing.
  • Exposure to project management responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with a number of professionals in a range of geographies and build relationships with internal and external clients across multiple sectors, ensuring client service satisfaction.
Qualifications

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications & RPEQ / CPEng.
  • Demonstrated experience in the water sector.
  • A passion for digital engineering & GIS software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders at various levels.
  • Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to producing high-quality, accurate work.
