We are seeking a reliable and mechanically minded Workshop All-Rounder to join a friendly, down-to-earth team in Welshpool. Specialising in the supply and modification of spring systems for 4WDs and trucks, this is a long-term, full-time opportunity with a well-established WA-owned business that values hard work, teamwork, and pride in getting the job done right.

Working from 7:30am–4:30pm, and an early finish on Friday, you will be trained across all areas of spring repair and modification, with the chance to assist in inventory control and contribute to improving workshop efficiency. For the right person, there are clear pathways to leadership and management as the team continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the repair and modification of leaf spring packs (adding/removing leaves)

  • Forklift operation for loading and unloading delivery trucks

  • Resetting leaf springs (training provided)

  • Bending U-bolts to specification (training provided)

  • Picking and packing orders

  • Maintaining workshop cleanliness and organisation

  • Supporting inventory control and workshop efficiency initiatives

Key Requirements:

  • Mechanical aptitude and a strong interest in hands-on work

  • Willingness to learn and contribute as part of a small, supportive team

  • A proactive attitude and pride in producing quality work

  • A forklift licence (desirable but not essential)
