We are currently seeking skilled Boilermakers to join our team at our Welshpool workshop. These roles are available on a full-time or casual basis, working Monday to Friday (day shift only), with consistent and ongoing work.

About The Opportunity
Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, you will be responsible for high-quality fabrication work, supporting a variety of ongoing projects. This opportunity is ideal for tradespeople looking for job security, work-life balance, and long-term career development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fabrication of chutes, platework, and structural components
  • General jobbing and custom fabrication work
  • Reading and interpreting fabrication and welding drawings
  • Adhering to all safety and quality standards
  • Collaborating with a high-performing workshop team

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Australian-recognised trade qualification in Boilermaking or Welding
  • Competency in FCAW and MMAW welding processes to AS SP minimum
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
  • Current and valid Australian driver's licence
  • High-Risk Work Licence (Forklift and Dogging) – highly regarded
