About the Role:
The Food & Beverage Manager co-ordinates and oversee the Food & Beverage outlets as well as the operational requirements of the conference & event venue(s). They facilitate effective communication channels between outlets, Conference & Events teams, the kitchen, our guests and all other hotel departments. They accomplish this by being present, visible, and approachable, especially during peak service periods. They are leaders who lean in, attend and conduct team meetings, coach and counsel, are active on Workplace, provide information and incentives to their team and proactively review and respond to guest feedback.

Key Responsibilities

•    Maximize revenue through effective management of Spend per Cover (SPC), Capture Rates, and departmental profit margins.

•    Analyze P&L statements, manage stock control, and ensure labor costs align with forecasts and budgets.

•    Build and maintain a high-performance culture, focusing on engagement, development, and retention of top talent.

•    Collaborate with the Executive Chef to design profitable menus and wine lists tailored to guest preferences.

•    Oversee guest feedback, ensure top-notch service, and ensure adherence to safety and hygiene standards.

Skills & Experience

•    Proven success in a senior F&B management role, with strong financial and operational acumen.

•    Expertise in analyzing P&L statements, managing budgets, and optimizing revenue.

•    Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a positive work culture.

•    Strong knowledge of menu costing, pricing strategies, and profitability analysis.

•    In-depth understanding of compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
