Casual role - 4 shifts per week

Shift examples 6am to 2pm

2pm to 10pm

Airport Retail Enterprises at the Sydney International Airport is currently looking for experienced, talented Kitchenhands to work in our venues and associated production kitchen.

Our venues include:

- Peroni Bar
- Grand Cru
- Hungry Jacks
- Toby's Estate Cafe

Our team at its peak consists of 50+ Bar Staff, Chefs, F&B Attendants & Baristas helping to deliver awesome experiences across our very fast paced venues at the Sydney International Airport.

You will be responsible for assisting production team in the kitchen and keeping all kitchen areas clean and tidy according to cleaning schedules

Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks:

- Keep all working areas clean and tidy, ensuring no cross contamination
- Maintain food safety plan procedures and duties
- Receive deliveries at the loading bay and check against invoices
- Organizing stock in warehouses and coolrooms
- Report maintenance, hygiene and hazard issues
- Comply with airport security, fire regulations, health & safety and food safety legislatio

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Part-time hours: 30-40 per week

**Salary**: $28.08 - $39.31 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
