About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Operations Manager
to oversee administrative and HR functions while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role is critical in supporting business efficiency, compliance, and team collaboration across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office administration, document control, and recordkeeping systems.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and internal events.
- Support HR processes including onboarding, personnel file maintenance, and compliance.
- Oversee procurement, vendor management, and office supply logistics.
- Maintain ERP systems and ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
- Assist with project coordination, schedules, and milestone tracking.
- Act as a liaison between local teams and global headquarters for operational alignment.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years' experience in operations, administration, or business support roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle confidential matters.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
- A proactive, adaptable mindset with a collaborative approach.
