As the Head of Growth Marketing for APAC at Vanta, you will be instrumental in building brand awareness and driving demand for our solutions across all market segments in the rapidly expanding APAC region.
The APAC marketing team's mission is to establish Vanta as the leading security and compliance solution in the region. We're the fastest-growing region of a hyper-growth company, and we've only scratched the surface.
This role is critical to fulfilling that mission by developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that resonate with local markets, ultimately impacting pipeline generation volume and dollar amount. You'll be a key player in shaping Vanta's brand presence and growth trajectory in APAC.
This role is hybrid in our Sydney Office 3 days per week, we cannot hire this role remote.
What you'll do as the Head of Growth Marketing, APAC at Vanta:
- Own and Execute Regional Field Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a robust field marketing plan for APAC, including events, content, customer marketing, PR, out-of-home, sponsorships and partnerships to build brand awareness and generate leads.
- Drive APAC-specific Paid Marketing Strategy: Lead the development and optimization of paid marketing campaigns, across channels such as search, social, podcasts, chatbots / LLMs, tailored to APAC markets and audiences, ensuring effective budget allocation and strong ROI.
- Develop and Localize Content & Messaging for APAC: Create and adapt compelling content and messaging that resonates with the unique cultural and business nuances of the APAC region.
- Build and Report on Regional Pipeline Impact: Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance, demonstrating clear impact on pipeline generation to support regional revenue growth. Understand each part of the funnel and where it can be optimized.
- Act as Regional Marketing Leader & Cross-Functional Partner: Serve as the leader of the marketing fucntion for the APAC region, collaborating closely with in-region GTM teams incl. Sales, SDR, Post-Sales, Partnerships, Operations, as well as global functions incl. Marketing, Comms/PR and PMM to align on approach and maximize impact.
How to be successful in this role:
- 7-10 years of experience in integrated demand generation, with a strong emphasis on both field marketing and performance marketing in both SMB and Enterprise segments.
- Proven expertise in regional go-to-market strategy and localization for the APAC market, with experience building awareness and demand across Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore and South Korea.
- Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership, effectively partnering with various internal teams.
- Possess a strong analytical and test-and-learn mindset, using data to drive decisions and optimize campaigns.
- Experience in field marketing execution and event strategy, delivering impactful in-person and virtual experiences.
