We are a newly established and fast-growing design and construction company specialising in residential projects — including custom homes, duplexes, extensions, and renovations across Sydney.

Our team includes experienced builders and an in-house designer, allowing us to deliver integrated design-build solutions with a strong focus on quality, innovation, and detail.

About the Role

Due to continued growth of the business, we are currently seeking a highly motivated Graduate / Site Engineer to join our Sydney team.

In this role, you will work directly under the guidance of the Director and collaborate closely with our in-house designer. You will receive step-by-step mentorship and gain hands-on exposure to all stages of construction — from site setup to project completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact on-site, interpreting detailed design drawings and specifications.
  • Supervise and manage daily on-site works to ensure productivity, safety, and quality.
  • Coordinate with the in-house designer and subcontractors to ensure design intent is accurately delivered on site.
  • Maintain accurate site records, including site diaries, progress reports, and quality documentation.
  • Conduct regular site safety inspections and proactively identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Monitor and report on project progress against construction schedules and budgets.
Requirements & Experience
  • Fluent in Mandarin (speaking).
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Willingness and ability to complete manual work on site when required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • Positive attitude, strong initiative, and eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
