AIM Mining Corporation is an emerging gold development company with ambitious plans for growth. Currently, we operate the Warrawoona Gold Project in the East Pilbara region of Western Australia, and we are gearing up to ramp up operations at two exciting ventures - the high-grade Blue Spec Gold and Antimony Project and the Nullagine Gold Project.

About the role

We are seeking skilled and safety-focused Excavator Operators to join our production team at Warrawoona, operating Komatsu PC1250.  This is a production-focused role, requiring proven experience in bulk earthmoving and load and haul operations.

These roles are permanent opportunities, based on a 2 weeks on, 1 week off roster, FIFO from Perth.

Key Duties and responsibilities

  • Safely and efficiently operate PC1250 excavators in a production mining setting.
  • Load haul trucks to required targets while minimising delays and downtime.
  • Conduct pre-start checks, report defects and ensure equipment is maintained to a high standard.
  • Work collaboratively with dispatch, operators and supervisors to meet production KPIs.
  • Maintain strict compliance with site safety procedures, policies, and environmental standards.

About You:

  • Minimum four years' experience operating excavators in open pit (preferably gold) mining (experience with PC1250 or equivalent size essential).
  • Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
