We are growing, we are getting busy and we want to employ another Duty Manager to be a part of our leadership team.

WHAT DO YOU NEED?

•    Be a great 'people person'- that is a non-negotiable

•    Have exceptional leadership skills and experience (at least 2 years)

•    Have high standards of service, inspire others to have the same, and deliver on policies and procedures

•    Think on your feet and take responsibility for outcomes

•    Manage the day to day operations of a busy venue 

•    Exceed customer expectations-Always

•    Have a keen eye for detail

Must hold current RSA,  RCG and Safe Food Handling certificates.

The successful candidate will work a rotating roster including nights and weekends, so flexibility is necessary
