Qualifications: Apprentice trained Tradesman:

**Experience with Mobile Crushers and fixed plant. This role involves maintenance of crushers and conveyor systems for both mobile and fixed plant plant systems.

*: Prior experience working with mobile crushers or similar diesel engine powered heavy equipment is highly desirable. This includes experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, rebuilds and repair. Cone and jaw liner changes.

**Mechanical Skills**: Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in using hand and power tools for repairs and maintenance tasks.

**Knowledge of Hydraulic Systems**:   Therefore, familiarity with hydraulic systems and components is essential.

**Electrical Skills**: Basic 24 volts electrical knowledge to troubleshoot electrical issues in mobile crushers is beneficial.

**Safety**: Understanding of safety protocols and procedures, including lockout/tagout procedures and working at heights.

**Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to diagnose and solve mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical problems efficiently.

**Communication Skills**: Good communication skills are essential for interacting with colleagues, supervisors, and clients effectively.

**Adaptability**: Willingness to work in various environments, including outdoor and sometimes harsh conditions, and ability to adapt to changing work schedules and priorities.

**Teamwork**: Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team, especially in situations requiring coordination with other maintenance or operational personnel.

**Attention to Detail**: Diligence in performing tasks accurately and thoroughly, with attention to detail to ensure the safety and optimal functioning of the equipment.
