We design and produce bespoke invitations, signage, and event stationery using the latest print and finishing technology. The Role

We are seeking an experienced Production & Operations Manager with a proven track record of successfully running and growing operations in the print industry.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will not only manage production but also contribute to the growth of the business, work closely with our sales and marketing teams, and play a key role within our leadership team.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee and lead daily print and production operations, from setup to dispatch
  • Operate and maintain:
  • Laser cutters
  • Direct-to-object (UV) printers
  • Large-format printers
  • Digital printers
  • Implement workflow improvements to increase efficiency and output
  • Manage machine maintenance schedules and troubleshoot issues to minimise downtime
  • Oversee suppliers, stock, and purchasing while controlling costs
  • Ensure quality standards are consistently exceeded
  • Recruit, train, and lead production staff, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align production with business growth goals
  • Work with the leadership team to drive strategic initiatives and scale operations

What We're Looking For

  • Proven history in the printing industry, managing and growing operations (essential)
  • Strong technical expertise with laser cutting, UV printing, large-format, and digital print machinery
  • Demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing staff performance
  • Excellent problem-solving and workflow improvement skills
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to manage budgets, suppliers, and KPIs
  • Confident communicator with strong leadership and collaboration skills
  • A passion for quality craftsmanship and creative production
