**The role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and assist with selecting the perfect wedding invitations and event stationery
- Provide excellent customer service to customers and clients
- Locking in sales and reaching KPI's
- Maintain a clean and organised sales floor
- Accurately process customer orders and payments
- Respond to customer inquiries and address any concerns in a professional manner
- Provide detailed product information and assist with custom design requests
- Keep track of inventory levels and inform management of any discrepancies

- Ability to work at least 2 days between Friday to Sunday
