About you:

  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to support team and client needs.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to relate well to people at all levels.
  • Professional and friendly approach to dealing with clients and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated experience in administrative coordination, preferably in a service-based or technical environment.
  • Ability to prioritise, manage multiple tasks, and remain calm under pressure.
  • Comfortable with computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Commitment to upholding Secom's standards of integrity, service, and client care.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to occasionally attend client sites if required (no technical work required).
  • Ability to gain a Security License and or ability to gain a minimum NV1 AGSVA Clearance
  • Commitment to safety practices and adherence to industry standards and regulations.
