Position: Dermal Clinician / Beauty Therapist

Employment type: Part Time Hours per week)  Must be available Wednesdays, Fridays and alternating  Saturdays. (opportunity to increase hours)

We are pleased to support Unveil Aesthetics in their recruitment of a qualified Dermal Clinician/ Beauty Therapist to contribute to their ongoing commitment to clinical excellence.

Unveil Aesthetics and Plastic Surgery is a premium facial aesthetics and plastic surgery centre located in the heart of Ivanhoe East. Led by respected Specialist Plastic Surgeon Dr Rodrigo Teixeira, Unveil offers a comprehensive range of non-surgical and advanced skin treatments. Our approach is grounded in clinical expertise, patient education, safety, and ethical care. The Role:

We are looking for a highly experienced, knowledgeable, and professional Dermal Clinician/ Beauty Therapist to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a supportive, medical-led environment and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care and results. You'll play a key role in the patient journey, delivering advanced treatments and supporting the clinical team. This role starts immediately and offers the potential to grow into additional hours as needed.

Skin Consultations: Conduct thorough consultations using advanced photography and diagnostic tools.

Advanced Treatments: Deliver laser, RF, ultrasound, peels, microneedling, and other evidence-based skin treatments.

Patient Education: Guide and support patients throughout their treatment journey with clear, honest advice.

Client Experience: Deliver a professional, compassionate experience at every touchpoint, from initial consultation to follow-up.

Customer Enquiries: Respond to queries with confidence and care.

Practice Operations: Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient treatment space.

Relationship Building: Work closely with medical professionals and build trust with patients.

Patient Coordination: Manage bookings, clinical records, and ensure compliance with protocols.

PLEASE NOTE: Only candidates who meet the requirements below will be contacted.

Requirements:

• Proficiency with Cutera Excel V+ is essential

• Experience with vascular, pigmentation, scar revision, leg veins and Laser Genesis treatments

• Bachelor's Degree in Dermal Science is highly regarded or a Diploma of Beauty Therapy at a minimum
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Dermal / Therapist in a skin-focused role
• Excellent knowledge of skincare, vascular concerns, pigmentation, hormonal imbalances, acne, and peri-menopausal health.
• Familiarity with BTL Emface and other energy-based devices is an advantage
• Must be available to work Wednesdays and Fridays and alternating  Saturdays
• Available to attend SkinCon 2025, Sept 12th - 14th September
