Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer service & order taking
  • Coffee preparation to order
  • Display setup & presentation
  • Food prep & plating
  • Cleaning & hygiene maintenance
  • Supporting the restaurant manager with daily operations
  • Contributing to a positive team culture

Experience & Skills Required:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting (preferably, but willing to train)
  • Barista skills and confidence with coffee machines
  • Basic food handling and prep experience
  • Ability to follow recipes and portion guidelines
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and proactive attitude
  • RSA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
