Our Opportunity

Location: 256 St Georges Tce, Perth 

Roster: 5D2R (Monday to Friday) with site travel as required

You'll partner with leadership and employees to deliver proactive human resources support across all areas including employee and industrial relations, performance and engagement, training and development, succession planning, and reporting. 

Key Responsibilities
Work closely with leadership teams to ensure the effective implementation and management of Fortescue People policies, practices, procedures that provide an optimal working environment and promote Fortescue's culture and valuesProvide high level coach/mentoring to leaders and the workforceSupport leaders with organisational reviews as requiredDrive regular Fortescue People initiatives, in line with agreed timelinesInitiate, manage and contribute to major Fortescue People reports, projects, committees, reviews and/or continuous improvement activitiesSupport and facilitate leadership development training Qualifications and Experience
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Employee Relations or a related field Demonstrated experience working in a generalist role covering IR/ER, performance management, organisational development, and reportingDemonstrated capacity to effectively communicate, promote and uphold Fortescue People initiatives and company values within discretion and confidentialityExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, including interviewing, counselling, negotiating and report writingWell-developed organisational and administrative skills, including strong attention to detail and the ability to priorities and control own workload About Us
