Head Trainer and Barista

Zarraffa's Coffee employees are encouraged to carry out their duties with diligence and enthusiasm and to ensure that we deliver on our promise to serve an individually perfect cup of coffee - every time Please note Zarraffa's Coffee does serve Pork products, but we do provide Halal food options and prepare/cook Halal food separately. **What we offer**: - Full time contract with flexibility of hours - Profit share based on KPIs - The opportunity to grow with the Brand as more stores open in Sydney - Free staff drinks - Half price food - Availability between 4.45am and 10.00pm (most shifts will be between 7am-4pm) - Confident and well spoken - Able to inspire and lead - Thrive on working in a fast paced, team environment - Honesty and Integrity - Self-motivated - A passion for the Zarraffa's Coffee brand - Leadership experience - Barista experience - Weekend availability **Supervisor responsibilities include**: - Running shift - Allocating breaks - Making great coffee (full training and support provided) - Reconciling till - Responding to customer feedback - Food assembly responsibilities - Opening and/or closing of the store - Orientate all new staff - Complete all new employment contracts with staff - Recruuit new staff - Ensuring all staff training records are kept organised - Train staff on POS, Cold Drinks, Hot Drinks, Merchandise etc - Follow training timelines - Helping out with shifts depending on the needs of the business As a Trainer you are expected to be extremely organised and motivated to take "ownership" of the store. You should be disciplined and prepared to lead a team by example, in a very fast paced environment. You must be capable of following through with staff development, have excellent communication skills and share responsibility for the growth of the store by thinking proactively.
