Are you an experienced Civil Project Manager ready to lead one of Australia's largest renewable energy developments?
This is your opportunity to own the civil delivery of a multi billion dollar wind farm, overseeing early development through to construction. You'll be at the forefront of shaping project strategy, engaging with high-calibre consultants, and driving outcomes on a nationally significant asset.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the civil package component of a nine figure pre construction budget
- Lead EOI preparation and tender refinement.
- Direct the design and planning of site access roads, early works, and accommodation camps.
- Work closely with civil consultants to progress design before contractor engagement.
- Develop service agreements with legal teams, and collaborate on risk mitigation and compliance strategies.
- Lead bank finance support documentation and prepare the civil scope for handover to delivery teams (or continue through build if construction experience aligns).
- 15 years delivering large-scale civil infrastructure or energy projects.
- Experience managing early works and development-phase activities on $100M projects.
- Background in utilities, renewables, roads, or resources (e.g., CSG).
- Civil Engineering degree (or similar) is essential.
- Confident managing consultants, legal, and commercial functions.
- Skilled in project software (EGL: Primavera, Expert Estimator, etc.).
- Strong understanding of safety, government legislation, environmental approvals, and local council engagement.
- Project leadership on a major nationally significant asset.
