This major development includes a new primary crusher, 16km overland conveyor, radial stacker, and advanced stockpiling systems — setting new benchmarks in safety, efficiency, and innovation.

The Opportunity
We're seeking experienced BHP-inducted Electrical Supervisors to join our site leadership team on a 2:1 FIFO roster. You'll lead and mentor field crews, ensuring all electrical works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive safety, quality, and performance while fostering a collaborative, values-driven site culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and mentor electrical trades across daily site operations
  • Drive performance, safety, and quality across all electrical construction activities
  • Conduct pre-starts, toolbox meetings, and site inspections
  • Ensure full compliance with Genus SHEQ and BHP site standards
  • Collaborate with Project Engineers and Site Management to meet key milestones
