We are a Uniting Church school catering for approximately 1000 day and boarding students from Pre-Kindergarten to Year 12 located on a beautiful campus in the leafy suburb of Peppermint Grove, between the ocean and the river.

Junior School Pastoral and Academic Care Co-ordinator

PLC Perth is seeking a passionate and experienced educator to join our Junior School as an Academic and Pastoral Care Coordinator. This dynamic leadership role focuses on nurturing student wellbeing, supporting academic growth, and coordinating the Primary Years Programme (PYP). The successful candidate will build strong relationships with students, staff, and families, promote personalised and engaging learning experiences, and ensure curriculum alignment with national standards. With teaching responsibilities and active involvement in school life, the Coordinator will contribute to a vibrant and inclusive learning environment while helping shape the strategic direction of the Junior School.

This permanent role is a full-time role.

Commencement: January 2026
